Shen Huo Ying: Dunno what name camp my 17year old auntie intro me
I dunno how to translate it from chinese to english, but the word is 生活营
雪隆年少情【绽放】全国生活营
The theme for this camp is 【绽放】, Zhan Fang I check the translator it says blooming or something like that.
雪隆年少情, I think is a organization which is KL-Selangor Teen something.
I think I’ll make this one post for three days.
The First day, I went there by KTM, I’m suppose to go to RASA KTM station.
From 5pm onwards I was in Subang Jaya station, reached central about 6+
Miss one Rawang train because it was full, reached Rawang about 7pm+ and guess what? Train from Rawang to KKB Kota Kubu Bahru will take one hour one train! Because there is only ONE available,
I went down one station earlier, ended up have to wait another 40+mins ALONE in the train station.
reached the RASA KTM station about 9pm+
I felt thankful to stay in Subang Jaya when I was alone in the station, because THERE IS A FREAKING KAMPUNG WITH NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT ONE SUCH HOUR, NOT EVEN A TAXI,
and stations after stations within the Klang valley, is not a far distances compared to that kampung stations.
Lets jump to the main part,
reached there those comitee who waited for me fetched me to the camp, it was a location of some NS camp. They asked to TIE you know safety armlet on the hand, the moment I look at it I just felt that is something those buddhist friend who wear it, I just wore it because well I thought that was for them to identify who are the campers.
Later on only found out that cheh, it IS what I thought it is.
Such small string armband could make me feel such discomfort,
so I told my uncle that well I think I must tell them I can’t wear it.
So nxt morning give them back liao.
With my uncle’s accompany
One of them even ask me, why not you just tied it on ur nametag.
The groups for the camp are cartoon characters and fiction characters, to find out go here.

Yup they have a website for it also.
http://www.nsqkl.org
Is all in chinese.
I’m in group 7, Bai Fa Mo Nv,
You know the white hair witch? or white hair demon witch?
Yea that’s it.
This is my FIRST TIME, going for a CHINESE SPEAKING CAMP,
for the whole 3 days 3 nights I’ve been speaking mandarin, never have a english conversation with anyone.
Thankfully I’m a Lick Hung dude, so I’m not totally banana, if not I won’t enjoy this camp nor even make more new friends.
I slept early for the whole time, always before 12am because I’m so excited for the SG trip.
So what special activity I did there?
Games are usual, what is camp without games rite?
OH YEA each of us campers and group have this thing call “Kou Hao” I think is more like cheers or something, before we say it, we clap it in rhythm den we say it like as if we say “jia you”.
The only spectacular moment for me is during the games time, we used the camp training ground, we have this pole thingy where you have to transfer the tyres into the pole and out the pole.
Teamwork is requires.
We took out by setting up the “formation” by guys as base, girls stand on us.
Oh! Our group all the guys all small size like me, only our group leader is the bigger size one, but can’t be describe as big as a buffalo or an elephant.
Somehow after we let those girls take out the tyres, they tend to think how to put back the tyres back in the ring, I thought they gonna do the same thing to put it back, yet they give stupid ideas like why not we throw it in like how we play basketball, etc etc. Then somehow our group leader try to climb it, but fail.
LOL, so this is where I show my skills.
FRICTION IS YOUR FRIEND to climb a pole, as long has I can hug the pole, and the friction is sufficient it shouldn’t be a problem for me to climb up. So I manage to climb up without a problem.
So everything makes easier with me climbing up the pole, and the just pass me the tyres to put back in.
Many of them stood there and was surprised.
Well.. this the example, I think fire brigade does it most of the time

this was newly painted and is not slippery.
So fast forward, next day..
The spectactcular moment was I was been substitute for someone to be “壮丁” I think is that word, which means “strong soldier?” if you translate it, more like errm torch bearer, you watch olympics? The one carry the cool torch and run around one, ahh that one.
Oh check wiki http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A3%AE%E4%B8%81, so I presume is young army during the chinese olden days.
WHY I was chosen? First of all each team requires ONE torch bearer.
You all know that I’m freaking skinny,
well two guys who were you know, more fatter and stronger muscular looking than me couldn’t make it because we need to put on make up on our body.
One guy who is 16 this year and having a more meaty body said his SKIN SENSITIVE, another one who was the original one said his head haven’t heal yet, well he SURVIVE from a car accident, head bengkak, so his skin around his head is SENSITIVE, so that one anything you apply on the head means sure itchy, etc etc.
He’s under medication for his big bengkak on his head. But his bruise, I didn’t notice until he told me.

Stolen from someone’s blog
and somehow it got a picture of me inside with the horrific emo goth expression.
As for the hair styling, I do not like it
but well, whatever ba
So nxt day go back home, think of???
SINGAPORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOOOHOOO!! CANT WAIT CANT WAIT!
But my group were freaking active in MSN, and yea before everyone leave many cried. So that shows that everyone had a great time knowing each other.
Oh on the another hand, Owen Yap 叶剑峰 came for a talk, you know the show DEAL OR NO DEAL Chinese one?
Yea he is the host
Alrite I think those are the main highlight for my camp.
Of course I did chat with a few dudes in my room there.
Chicks? Other than my group mate chicks there ain’t no other chick I chatted with, anti social and shy ne? LOLZ
and one last thing, well the camp have this GOING GREEN idea, so they asked us campers to bring plates, fork and spoon for ourself. WTH, I didn’t bring, good thing uncle brought extra if not I also dunno how liao.
I find it stupid where we campers already bring so much stuff and yet we needa bring our own plates.
My alternative idea would be, USE THE PLATES OVER THERE LA!?
We sure do not mind washing our own plates man.
P/S: I just found out that what I guess Bai fa Mo Nv was is correct.
If you wanna google it is, The White Hair Demoness from The Bride with white hair, you will already get to see it in this year’s film where it features Jackie Chan which is Forbidden Kingdom.
